Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows SPOILERS!!!!!!
harryJust finished reading the DH yesterday. Soooo good but why did so many good characters have to die?! Hedwig, Dobby, Tonks, Ted, Snape, why why why?! The worst thing about Tonks death was that JKR didn't even explain how she died and she just had a baby, why did she even come, I mean Lilly and James weren't rushing off into battle when they died, Voldemort attacked them in their house. The epilogue sucked, I mean yeah it's great that we found out that Ron and Hermione got together and Harry and Ginny, but come on we don't know what kind of jobs they had, who was the new headmaster, what happened to Teddy, and why in the world after 19 years would Teddy be on the Hogwarts express, As far as I know you only stay at the school until you're 17 do they hold kds back there? Stupid stuff, and introducing all those kids,Harrys: James, Albus Serverus, and Lilly; Ron's: Rose, and Hugo; Hugo, who names a kid Hugo? Draco's: Scorpius, ew. I like Draco and all but still did JK just run out of names for these kids, and why did they have so many, it was confusing. At least we know that Neville became a teacher. I was suprised though that Voldemort didn't attack Harry in that long monologue about what real courage was, I could so see him just up and killing him. And where did they put the elder wand so that it would be secure, didn't explain that either. I hope she changes her mind about the series and at least makes a spinnoff so we at least know what happens with the kids, ect. But even with those drawbacks it was a good book.
